The staff was amazing. A staff contact via WhatsApp was available whenever we needed. The food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was great. I found meal times couldn't be faulted.

Getting off the Palm into the towns is a long way.

inconsistent housekeeping delayed service

i did appreciate the variety of food available, especially with the all-inclusive option.

the service was not good. i requested my room to be cleaned at specific times due to my baby's naps, but this never happened. amenities were not automatically replenished, and i had to ask for shower gel for three days.

The service did not meet expectations. I often had to request basic amenities multiple times, like shower gel, and sometimes they were not replenished for days, it was annoying.
